I’m a Mormon. My faith is a central piece of me. And I like to talk about the gospel of Jesus Christ any chance I get. But I also have a great deal of experience with emotional pain. I’ve had anxiety and depression much of my life. But through that experience I have learned so much about human emotion and human behavior. About healing and change. I have learned about shame and connection. About negative self-talk and poor self-esteem. And I’ve worked hard to learn how to find healing and hope. I’ve found that through Jesus. And I’ve found it through self-awareness and self-exploration. Ultimately I’ve found it through love. And I just want to share what I’ve learned in my experiences with those who struggle. So the focal point of this podcast is to share a hopeful perspective on life, on people, on pain, and certainly on the gospel of Jesus Christ and Mormon doctrine. I also want to connect with people and hear their stories because I think everyone has a valuable story to tell. So this podcast will consist of me talking about hope and having conversations with people about life.[/cs_text][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]
