In this episode, Josh talks about the need for self-acceptance and self-compassion as we encounter negative feelings and emotions and experiences in our lives. Rather than repressing and stuffing down feelings and experiences, we need to feel them, process them with love and compassion, and then let them go. God’s desire for us is not to repress our negative feelings, but to process them with love and give them to Him and let them go.
